WhatsApp native
The product now supports both modes: a shared ClinicFlow WhatsApp number for simple onboarding, and premium own-number mode for clinics that want their branded WhatsApp Business identity.
ClinicFlow manages the Meta number, token, and webhook. Clinics can start sending summaries immediately.
A clinic connects its own Meta WhatsApp Business number, phone number ID, and permanent token.
Inbound messages route by phone number ID or by patient phone, depending on the clinic mode.

Yes. The default platform mode uses the ClinicFlow number, and premium own-number mode lets a clinic connect its own Meta WhatsApp Business number.
No. Branches are isolated by design. Owners can manage the clinic group, while branch users only work inside their assigned branch context.
